No, we should not encourage drug use but drug abuse should be seen as a health issue not a criminal one. People should not have to suffer because of past mistakes.

Instead of safe consumption sites arrest them all for drugs use like they literally doing meth on the side walk how can you not arrest them? And then instead of jail make it a rehab centre

Yes, ensure it is medical supervision and implement a multi treatment system. Not just harm reduction. We need a variety of treatment options. Not just harm reduction or abstinence.

I believe yes there should be a drug safe heaven, but these medical professionals should also be encouraging and helpful to provide resources for sobriety

Yes, they should open safe havens to prevent overdose and death. However, they should also fund and provide services to getting help with addictions at these safe havens.
