Should the minimum voting age be lowered?

16 should be the youngest age. If they start voting before leaving home, they may continue after they leave home. I so badly wanted to vote at age 16.

No, there is not enough testing or information to say that an AI can distinguish civilians, military personnel and threats.

Should the government invest in artificial intelligence (AI) for defense applications?

Yes, But only if the AI is used for information and detecting enemy attacks, it cannot initiate attacks/counter-attacks.
