If they have citizenship, they should serve their sentance as a Canadian in Canada.

Depends on crime and intent = driver of the truck that hit the Humboldt hockey team I feel is an exception he should be able to stay

Prison. do not deport them back to their country to give them the opportunity to commit any more crimes.
