It depends, I think densification of cities and towns would make increased public transit more feasible in Canada. Until then public transport is not a great means of transportation.

yes, provide more buses to new areas where public transportation is unavailable. Provide more buses that go to colleges or universities.

No, in my opinion the cost of public transportation should be included in taxes, since paying it independently is not profitable for all people.
